About Rep & Reviews

Rep & Reviews looks at what review data says about local search performance. Each guide takes one question, such as how rating thresholds relate to clicks, how review velocity compares with ranking movement, or which measurements are worth tracking month to month, and works through it with the numbers in view.

The guides sit in four areas: Benchmarks, Rankings, Ratings and Methods. They are written to be read once and used later, so each one ends with what to measure and what to ignore.
